Requirements
  • Certified or accredited in at least one Epic module (EpicCare Ambulatory preferred)
  • 2 years of Epic build experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field (additional relevant experience may substitute for lack of education upon Supervisory and HR approval)
  • Ability to operate computers and other IT equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands
  • Ability to see and read computer monitors and documents
  • Ability to remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications
  • Manage small projects related to applications and technologies
  • Gather, validate, and translate technological requirements into design and development specifications
  • Provide support to stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems
  • Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain systems
  • Document and recommend workflow changes and technical/functional designs
  • Partner with external vendors for third-party application support
  • Solve common issues and incidents according to service levels
  • Serve as PM and complete PM functions for small to mid-size projects
  • Collaboratively work with peers, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors
  • Follow documentation and change management standards
  • Participate in development of training and knowledge-based materials
  • Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software products
  • Develop and understand business reporting needs for end users
  • Participate in on-call and command center responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining testing plans and scripts
  • Attend and participate in team, project, and department meetings
  • Work with project requestor to complete the minimum viable product of a demand in ServiceHub
  • Request resources for projects and enhancement work using ServiceHub Resource Plan process

  • In-depth business and application knowledge and experience
