Requirements
  • Must be actively licensed in Pennsylvania.
  • Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist with 1+ year fitting experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to change the industry.
  • Great empathy, customer oriented, compassion, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to multi-task, be organized, able to work within a team, and have strong leadership habits with the self-discipline to be autonomous.
  • Reliable network connectivity: must be able to hardwire to home network with download speed above 100 Mbps and upload speed above 20 Mbps; company will provide necessary equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Test new technology to enhance customer experience.
  • Educate, demonstrate and train hear.com patients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our devices.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Close interaction with the Customer Sales Team.
  • Collect learnings and share knowledge with the largest independent network of audiologists.
