Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the hardware (or software) industry.
  • Strong understanding of hardware design processes and familiarity with Electrical Engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals/targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify potential leads within the hardware industry.
  • Engage with Electrical Engineers, Hardware Designers, and hardware teams to understand their challenges, workflows, and pain points.
  • Utilize various communication channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to set up qualified meetings and opportunities for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead statuses in CRM software.
  • Continuously learn about our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
