You’re excited about this opportunity because…

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities related to our pharmacy operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support decision-making and business planning for our pharmacy operations
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reporting to senior management and external stakeholders
• Oversee the accounting and financial close process for our pharmacy operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all accounting transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy operations, supply chain, and product, to drive process improvements and streamline financial operations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements for our pharmacy operations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members to promote professional development and growth

We’re excited about you because…

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience in healthcare or pharma industries preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience analyzing pharmacy operations data
• Knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements for pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
