Requirements
  • One year of experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs according to work orders or verbal instructions and compile documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Identify and request parts and components needed to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Repair appliances, including changing light bulbs, replacing ballasts, and installing light fixtures.
  • Perform basic carpentry and assist with minor construction projects, including installing or repairing drywall, walls, flooring, ceramic tile, cabinetry, countertops, shelving, and painting.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment through debris and trash removal, heavy lifting and moving of materials and equipment, floor sweeping, and material storage.
  • Enter work orders, document tasks, and close work orders in the electronic record-keeping system.
  • Research products and solutions to maintenance problems.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
