Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the Endpoint security markets required, with experience in areas such as Endpoint Detection and Response, Endpoint Protection Platforms, Unified Endpoint Management, etc.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product or Solutions Management or Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience working with Endpoint Security.
  • Strong technical understanding of at least one OS (Windows, Mac, Linux), with a strong proactive bias for action.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams in matrixed and global organizations, with excellent written and verbal communication, inter-personal and project management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology and/or Go-To-Market Alliances and partnerships with technology, cloud and GSI environments.
  • 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers and collaborating with customer facing teams across sales, customer success and support.
  • Excellent communication – verbal and written skills - with a strong ability to develop, communicate and actively position solutions and products.
  • Openness to travel about 25% to customer locations, conferences and other events.
  • BS in Computer Engineering or a related field, with an MBA preferable.
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the solutions go to market and product strategy for our endpoint identity security across regions globally.
  • Develop or enhance mechanisms to deeply understand customer needs, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Lead and collaborate on annual business and go-to-market planning.
  • Develop and mature cross-functional engagement mechanisms for planning and execution.
  • Develop and mature measurement and monitoring mechanisms for the business plan, including metrics capture, reporting, and analytics for identifying signals, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Partner with the Customer Success organization to ensure customer adoption, quick time to value, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop expansion strategy to grow our customer base as they utilize the solution and see value.
  • Develop and lead programs to appeal to Workforce, Developer, IT teams in our customer base.
  • Lead and partner with internal product management and engineering teams to ensure the most secure and scalable offering.
  • Enable the Sales team with the solution to increase win rate.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive demand generation programs targeted at technical communities.
  • Engage customer CxOs to help accelerate their endpoint security strategy with CyberArk.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of Identity Security across Privileged Access Management, Access Management, Identity Administration and Governance is preferred.
  • MBA preferable.
