Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphics, or related field preferred but not required
  • A minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Related experience working in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm preferred but not required
  • Must be proactive, self-driven, organized and have an enthusiasm for innovation. Strong time and project management skills are essential
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent written communication skills, including a strong command of grammar and editing
  • Must be able to quickly learn and utilize new software systems
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Proficiency with Photoshop is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Adhere to internal project workflows, coordinating with marketing team members to ensure proposal content is executed within established timeframes without error
  • Utilize InDesign to create and update staff resumes, project portfolio pages, and project/approach layouts for inclusion in proposal packages while adhering to brand standards
  • Coordinate and assist the team daily to provide clarity on status of final proposal deliverables
  • Develop a strong, in-depth knowledge of the firm’s portfolio, personnel, and offerings to add value to our marketing initiatives and proposal opportunities
  • Work with the marketing and communications team to determine the appropriate approach and strategy in creating firm qualification, proposal, presentations, and interview materials
  • Properly and accurately maintain a proposal filing system
  • Support and update firm databases with proposal, project information, personnel resume details, and client data
  • Conduct market and client research to develop custom reports
  • Provide project support including meeting minutes
  • Provide quality control and quality assurance peer reviews
  • Assist in development of general marketing collateral as requested by marketing and communications leaders
  • Coordination with accounting, HR, legal, and compliance departments on pursuits
