  • Schedules are up to 8 or 12-hour shifts on alternate days with rotating weekends off; employees must have the ability to work alternate schedules and overtime that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
  • Some Departments/Jobs may run a M-F 8-hour Shift Schedule.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime.
  • Sitting or standing, depending on changing job assignment, for extended periods.
  • Awkward and/or repetitive movements.

Responsibilities
  • Work within and adhere to GPI’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork.
  • Feeder: Feeder has responsibility that glue machinery is continually being fed with proper carton. Feeder takes stacks of cartons from loaded pallet and places them into feeder of machine.
  • Feeder: Responsibility that appropriate carton is being fed. Done by checking for variances in box number and collator marks.
  • Feeder: Responsibility to feed only quality cartons. Feeder is to fan through stacks of cartons being fed and check that they have proper color, register and are void of unnecessary markings.
  • Feeder: Feeder is to observe for machine malfunctions and stop glue machine when problems arise. Feeder uses mirror to detect malfunctions. Feeder is also to be aware of signals from operator or catcher to stop and start machine.
  • Feeder: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of area (remove stray cartons, sweep up, etc...). Performed during make ready.
  • Catcher: Removes the finished folded cartons from the press and packs them into cases.
  • Catcher: Responsibility that appropriate carton is being packed: Done by checking item and job number on carton with job label being used.
  • Catcher: Responsibility that only quality products are packed. Catcher is to check that cartons have proper color, register and are void of unnecessary markings.
  • Catcher: Responsibility that proper count of cartons is packed into case. Catcher is to hand count the first case of each different product being packed.
  • Catcher: Packed cartons are to be pushed on rollers through taping machine to the Padlocker.
  • Catcher: Responsible for maintenance of area. Performed during make ready.

Graphic Packaging appoints Melanie Skijus and Randy Miller to investor relations and treasury roles

Graphic Packaging Holding Company has appointed Melanie Skijus as vice president of investor relations and Randy Miller as vice president of treasury and capital finance. Both appointments take effect in late April 2026. Skijus rejoins Graphic Packaging after previously holding the investor relations role from 2019 to 2025. She brings over 15 years of experience across consumer packaging and financial services, most recently serving as vice president of investor relations at NCR Atleos. Miller will lead global treasury operations with focus on cash flow generation and capital structure optimisation. He brings more than 30 years of treasury experience, most recently serving as vice president and treasurer of Novelis since 2008. The appointments support Graphic Packaging's strategy of cash generation, disciplined capital allocation and strengthening its balance sheet.

Graphic Packaging appoints Jeffrey Stafeil, RESRG Automotive CEO, to board of directors

Graphic Packaging Holding Company has appointed Jeffrey Stafeil to its board of directors. Stafeil currently serves as chief executive officer of RESRG Automotive and brings 30 years of leadership experience across automotive supply and industrial manufacturing sectors. Stafeil previously held senior roles including chief financial officer at Tenneco Automotive and Adient, chief executive officer at DURA Automotive Systems, and chief financial officer at Visteon Corporation and Metaldyne. He began his career in accounting and consulting. Graphic Packaging chairman Philip Martens highlighted Stafeil's experience leading complex multinational manufacturing companies. Chief executive officer Robbert Rietbroek emphasised Stafeil's focus on operational excellence and customer service as valuable additions to the company's priorities. Graphic Packaging profits fall 48% to $71M as CEO launches strategic review

Graphic Packaging reported net income of $71 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, down 48% from $138 million the previous year. Quarterly EBITDA fell 19% to $305 million, whilst net sales remained nearly flat at $2.1 billion. For the full year, net income dropped to $444 million from $658 million in 2024. Annual net sales declined 2% to $8.6 billion, partly due to the sale of a bleached paperboard facility in Augusta. Yearly EBITDA fell 20% to $1.3 billion. Total debt rose to $5.5 billion at year-end 2025 from $5.2 billion previously. The company returned approximately $281 million to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks. For 2026, Graphic Packaging projects net sales between $8.4 billion and $8.6 billion, with adjusted EBITDA of $1.05 billion to $1.25 billion.

Graphic Packaging misses Q4 earnings expectations despite $2.1B revenue beat

Graphic Packaging Holding Co. reported fourth-quarter earnings of $71 million, or 24 cents per share. Adjusted earnings came in at 29 cents per share, missing Wall Street expectations of 34 cents per share. The Atlanta-based packaging company posted revenue of $2.1 billion in the period, exceeding analyst forecasts of $2.02 billion. For the full year, Graphic Packaging reported profit of $444 million, or $1.48 per share, on revenue of $8.62 billion. The company expects full-year earnings between 75 cents and $1.15 per share, with revenue ranging from $8.4 billion to $8.6 billion.
