  • 5+ years performing NPI with Electrical Assemblies and High Performance PCB design
  • Expert knowledge of PLM tools and Processes
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and test methodologies
  • Knowledge of IPC and JEDEC standards as they pertain to Electronic/Electrical Components
  • Experience with Component Engineering
  • Aptitude for delivering success while working with complex and ambiguous requirements
  • Excellent Cross-functional Communication and Reporting Skills
  • Ability to develop/understand process and tool integration automation requirements
Responsibilities
  • Design Release Management to Mfg/Ops, Contract Manufacturing, Global Supply Management and PCB Technology Vendors
  • Working with EE Design Engineers, Is responsible for in-house Component Management functions e.g. Second Source, Part Number, Qualification
  • Translates Contract Manufacturing design requirements, such as DFx, IPC, Data Exchange formats, into Engineering deliverables
  • Manages the team PLM tool and processes
  • Owns the Engineering Change Process and represents EE Team at the Change Control Board (CCB)
  • Interfaces with PCB Design, Manufacturing NPI, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality to coordinate proto deliverables, quality and test requirements
Desired Qualifications
  • Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Experience with the following tools: Cadence Allegro, Altium, Arena, 3DX/Enovia
  • Experience with Automotive HW Development and Processes
