- An associate's degree or higher in computer science, management information systems, or a related discipline, or five or more years of equivalent related experience.
- At least five years of experience designing and developing business solutions for enterprise-level business applications.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
- At least three years of experience developing business solutions for enterprise-level business applications using Microsoft SharePoint and the .NET framework.
- Three to five years of experience in custom development using the SharePoint platform, framework, and object model.
- Experience with SharePoint site collection administration.
- Experience designing and developing SharePoint front-end web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SharePoint Designer, and InfoPath Designer.
- Experience with data-driven applications, collaboration sites, publishing sites, and intranets.
- Experience managing user permissions and SharePoint groups.
- Strong documentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with databases and information architecture.
- An active Secret security clearance.
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software.
- Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications.
- Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion or integration of new products based on client requirements.
- Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
- Evaluate software effectiveness.
- Address systems integration, compatibility, and multiple-platform problems.
- Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
- Perform feasibility analyses on potential future projects for management.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending application software packages and application integration and testing tools.
- Resolve software problems and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Participate in developing software user manuals and technical reports.
