Requirements
  • This position requires substantial physical labor, including pet handling, walking, cleaning, and suite maintenance.
  • Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills are required.
  • The employee must be comfortable leading by example and managing hands-on tasks.
  • The employee must be comfortable around dogs of all sizes and able to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • The employee must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • The employee must be flexible to meet resort scheduling needs, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
  • A high school diploma or GED, one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision to Resort Associates and Playtime Coordinators by leading, training, and coaching them according to company standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Assist the management team with training employees, assigning and directing work, coaching, and conducting employee performance reviews.
  • Report and document potential hazards or behavioral problems involving guests or employees to the management team.
  • Maintain cleanliness of suites and guest areas and feed, exercise, and provide daily care for all guests.
  • Assist new and existing team members with completing required learning management system courses and training guides.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the management team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior supervisory experience is highly preferred.
