Requirements
- You are an experienced marketing leader with excellent digital marketing skills and expertise around lead generation in digital and direct channels
- 6-10 years' + strategic marketing experience in B2B and B2B2C channels
- Excellent expertise and experience in lead generation/demand generation marketing via direct and online channels
- Strong digital marketing, CRM and lead management skills - (we use Hubspot, but are open to better tools if they exist)

Responsibilities
- Brand and Strategy - Overseeing marketing for an in-house sales team, brand partnerships, PR initiatives, awards and brand strategy. Campaign development and management
- Marketing Automation - Creating and managing targeted email campaigns. Creating automated drip campaigns - customer journey and profiling. CRM Management - Hubspot
- Digital and Social Media - Work with digital marketing specialists to develop and oversee the digital and social strategyDevelop SEM and paid digital / social campaignsDevelop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy. SEO strategyContent Strategy / CX and UXWebsite management - WordPress, Hubspot. Identify new digital channels and platforms
- People Management - Manage a marketing communications person and suggest, as progress justifies, other resources we might need in the team. Manage the marketing budget to achieve customer acquisition targets
