- Advanced analytical skills to plan, implement, review, and analyze financial information and systems.
- Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present annual financial reports, statements, and/or projections.
- Knowledge of a range of automated financial systems, software applications and reporting tools: Banner, Workday, Adaptive Planning preferred.
- Proficiency in business applications, such as Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights and recommendations from analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Define and evaluate financial situations by completing quantitative and qualitative analyses as well as peer analyses; and by assessing potential outcomes and potential returns.
- Develop, refine, and maintain regular processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and integration of budgetary and actual information for projections and forecasting.
- Produce financial reports including, annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related objectives as needed.
