Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with investors, executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.

  • Understanding of Compute and AI: A basic understanding of Compute and AI technologies is helpful for this role.
  • You should be able to articulate the benefits and applications of these technologies to potential clients and investors.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Develop and distribute investor communications, tax elections, and other relevant materials.
  • Organize investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Establish, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, fostering trust and confidence in the company's performance and strategic direction.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and operational data to support investor reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and HR, to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of investor communication and reporting.
  • Perform other duties, as needed.
