Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One to two years of hands-on Workday or human resources information system experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain advanced processes to varied user groups with differing technical familiarity.
  • Experience working within a ticketing system such as Remedy.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary intake point for Workday support requests and manage the ticketing system from submission through resolution.
  • Triage and resolve Level 1 issues across Workday Human Capital Management, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Financials modules.
  • Troubleshoot common issues, identify root causes, and apply standard resolutions according to established processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or external partners with thorough documentation and clear context.
  • Communicate with requestors, provide updates, and support a positive support experience.
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Identify recurring issues and partner with the Human Resources Information Systems team to improve processes, training, or documentation.
  • Support testing related to system updates or configuration changes as needed.
  • Support the organization's mission, vision, and values in all areas of responsibility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple Workday modules.
  • Experience supporting Workday in a healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-entity organization.
  • Familiarity with human resources, payroll, benefits, talent, or financial business processes.

It owns or manages housing, coordinates home- and community-based services via affiliates like Full Life Care, and funds programs through the TA Cares Fund, Education Fund, and charitable care initiatives. Unlike groups focused on a single service, it combines housing, health services, and community programs with philanthropy to support aging in place at scale. Its goal is to expand access to affordable housing, healthcare, and supportive services for seniors and build a scalable, sustainable ecosystem for aging in place.
