Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required.
- Ability to build to print at the required quality level is required.
- Manual dexterity is required for using various tools and operating machinery.
- Two to three years of mechanical and electrical skills are required.
- Ability to read bills of materials and product work instructions is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts is required.
Responsibilities
- Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
- Operate production-line equipment and hand and power tools efficiently at all workstations to assemble components.
- Meet standard labor rates while maintaining quality standards.
- Complete tasks directed by the Plant Manager with minimal supervision.
- Communicate and flex with coworkers to meet production goals.
- Complete daily labor sheets and required production documentation.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow daily safety regulations.
- Follow technical and verbal assembly instructions.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
