The role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our ITE Cloud Team. In this role, you’ll lead requirements gathering and refinement, write and manage user stories, and play an integral part in project planning and agile ceremonies. With a focus on both business process improvement and quality project delivery, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners, solution architects, and technical teams to turn strategic needs into functional solutions. You’ll engage with stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and document improvements that align with business objectives. A successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in Scrum, and a solid understanding of Confluence and Jira. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in an agile, collaborative setting, driving continuous improvement and project success.
What you’ll bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to write detailed, well-defined user stories
- Effective communication skills, bridging business and technical needs
- Skilled in Confluence and Jira
- Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in process optimization and design (as-is/to-be)
- Must be a US Citizenship
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-ACP, or CSM) are a plus
As required by the Equal Pay and Transparency Acts, the expected base salary for this position is $120k—$135k base + bonus.
Expected pay is determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital Services bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
