BizzyCar has launched Service Engine, an AI-powered outbound service solution that automatically identifies service opportunities and books appointments for dealerships. The company announced the launch ahead of NADA Show 2026. The platform uses BizzyCar's automotive AI agent, which achieves a 52% conversion rate whilst handling customer conversations via SMS and scheduling appointments for common service needs including first service visits, service intervals and declined service recovery. The system only escalates to human staff when dealer-defined rules require intervention. Service Engine integrates with dealership management systems to centralise customer information and service history. It will be available as an add-on for dealerships using BizzyCar's recall management platform. The St Peters, Missouri-based company developed the solution in response to dealer demand for AI-driven support beyond recall management.
BizzyCar, a leader in recall management, raised $20M in a follow-on to its Series B round, bringing total funding to over $50M. The round was led by Dealer Tire with new investor FM Capital. BizzyCar's platform, used by nearly 1,000 dealers by end of 2025, helps dealerships increase revenue and customer retention through AI-powered recall management and mobile services. The funding will support product development and scaling operations to meet growing demand.
BizzyCar has secured $15 million in funding and launched a mobile service app for handling auto recalls, as announced at the Fire Awards 2025.
