Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Two to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance field is required.
- The ability to exercise independent judgment in planning and accomplishing assignments is required.
- The ability to adhere to standard safety procedures and practices is required.
- The ability to multitask, work autonomously within established procedures, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and adjust to change is required.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance services and repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical work, and general maintenance.
- Perform all assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Work in residential buildings and outdoors.
- Work under moderate supervision at an active pace.
- Communicate with clients and fellow coworkers in person or by telecommunications.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and help create a positive work environment.
