Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, or pipeline development.
  • Experience using customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and activity.
  • Ability to meet or exceed activity or performance metrics, including calls, meetings set, and pipeline.
  • Ability to engage business and healthcare stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified enterprise-level leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and engage healthcare organizations and decision-makers, including director-level and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Conduct outreach to secure discovery meetings and presentations for Business Development leaders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Track outreach activity, pipeline progression, and meeting outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outbound strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs, current state, and challenges related to language services and workforce solutions.
  • Educate prospective clients on Language Services programs, including MSP, VMS, RPO, and technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities aligned to cost reduction, operational efficiency, and quality-of-care improvements.
  • Facilitate introductions between qualified prospects and internal Business Development leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across service offerings.
  • Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning within healthcare staffing and language services.

Five of the company's solutions segments grew revenue compared to the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA reached $73 million, representing 10.9% of revenue and up 26% year-over-year. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $0.77, compared with $0.30 in the same quarter last year. The healthcare staffing company ended the quarter with $362 million in cash. Management indicated this provides capacity to invest in long-term strategy, including potential acquisitions. President and chief executive officer Caroline Grace said the quarterly performance came in better than the company had forecasted.
