Required Skills
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Biological/Clinical Science or Engineering
  • Eight (8) years of professional experience
  • Prior experience in cardiology, vascular, electrophysiology, and/or implantable cardiovascular device industry experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in authoring peer-reviewed abstract presentations at major scientific conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communications describing scientific and clinical data
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate the efforts of team members
  • Proficiency in translating statistical outcomes into meaningful and stakeholder-specific communication
  • Understanding of clinical trial design and execution, statistical methods and clinical trial data reporting requirements
  • Experience working with publication committees
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in planning and executing literature searches using databases such as PubMed
  • Fluent in English
  • Ensure key scientific communication objectives are achieved or exceeded
  • Lead, author, and edit scientific abstracts, conference presentations, and manuscripts
  • Guide statisticians on analysis plans and interpret data
  • Distill complicated scientific concepts into clear messages for stakeholders
  • Execute plans for conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications
  • Coordinate and direct internal and external stakeholders for writing journal articles and abstracts
  • Develop project timelines and maintain compliance with publication standards
  • Provide updates on scientific publication activities
  • Attend scientific sessions at major conferences
  • Direct coordination of cross-functional teams and Publication Committee
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant literature and competitive landscape
  • Develop and review marketing materials with clinical data
