Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a DevOps / SRE Manager or Lead in an agile environment
  • Minimum 5+ years experience as a DevOps / SRE Engineer
  • Exposure and familiarity with Agile & SRE principles, automated deployments and build pipelines
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage DevOps team, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • Provide direct ongoing leadership and coaching for teams of individual contributors designing and developing new products, updates and enhancements
  • Drive security objectives with measurable key results throughout the organization and obtain support from external stakeholders
  • Identify tactical and strategic opportunities to improve service health, performance, reliability, and telemetry
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to direct managers, program managers, and executive sponsors
  • Assist team in delivering an automated CI/CD pipeline with automated tests, deploys, monitors, and alarms
  • Assist in building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code
  • Ensure the on time delivery and coordination of DevOps initiatives
  • Create roadmaps and planning artifacts for DevOps improvements
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency
  • Contribute to project work
  • Grow a highly effective DevOps team
