Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a clear vision and strategy for the Solutions Consulting function, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture, coaching and mentoring a growing team.
  • Set and drive best practices across pre-sales and post-sales engagements, ensuring consistent, impactful client interactions.
  • Ensure alignment between Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams for a seamless client experience.
  • Partner Sales leadership to provide strategic solution guidance early in the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure clients maximize the value of our platform.
  • Develop and scale a billable Solutions Consulting service, helping agencies optimize fare policies, integrations, and system strategies.
  • Ensure proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and deliverables are clear, compelling, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Guide the team in tailoring scalable, impactful solutions to client challenges.
  • Lead design phases for large-scale implementations, ensuring best practices in discovery, solution architecture, and technical leadership.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term success.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for high-priority opportunities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements, new integrations, and strategic partnerships based on customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize platform investments based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Serve as a trusted expert in public transit fare payment strategies, helping shape the future of the industry.
