Requirements
- PharmD or other health related degree preferred
- Previous experience as a multi-site leader or leading complex operations
- Ability to work independently
- Travel required up to 80% of the time
- Competency in G-Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Continuous Improvement principles
- Exposed to a normal office environment
- Lift, carry, reach, and /or push/pull various items (bags, boxes, carts, etc.) while using proper technique up to 35 lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, and sitting depending on the needs of the pharmacy operation
- Operate all equipment necessary to do the job
- Read English, comprehend, and follow simple oral and written instructions
- See details of objects that are less than a few feet away including differences between colors, shades, and brightness
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Use one or two hands and/ or fingers to grasp, move, or assemble objects
- Repeat the same movements
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include tracking key metric drivers and ensuring SLAs are met daily by site
- Ensure pharmacy fulfillment sites are adhering to 5S standards
- Assist in expansion efforts/launch of new fulfillment sites
- Ensuring adequate daily staffing by site (holidays/employee churn/growth etc)
- Drive adoption of new initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance by site
- Lead daily Regional stand up meetings and send end of shift reports
- Follow up on Inventory SLAs (cycle counts, expired drugs, adherence to procurement logic)
- Lead PIC team engagement
- Ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
- Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
- Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with managers to ensure the goals cascaded and achieved
