As Technical PM you will be responsible for;

The TPM will provide Project Management and leadership to support the design, development, test and qualification of launch vehicle components & systems using aerospace/ aerospace engine industry best practices, interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The employee will directly support subsystem leaders and execute their program planning and execution duties.
TPM will provide project management support for Fluids Design, Analysis and Components. Focused on manufacturing status, constraints, scheduling, issues, resources, and execution plans.

Qualifications;

S./B.A. degree in engineering or another technical field.
Background in mechanical engineering.
Expertise in Data management (through MS Excel, Tableau, PLM, Coupa, Jules)
Expertise in Project management tools (MS Projects, P6 Schedule, Scheduler Reader, MS Excel)
Expertise in Executive presentation (MS Power point)
Experience managing projects and programs across all phases of the design process.
Familiarity with taking projects from research/development phase all the way through procurement, production, and integration.
Experience identifying schedules and critical hardware.
Familiarity with BOM management.
Experience with Weekly Status Reporting:
- Proven ability to compile detailed reports on completed deliverables.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing financial aspects, including weekly burn rates.
- Track record of providing insights into plan vs. actual spending for the SOW owner.
Hardware/Software Tracking Proficiency:
- Background in providing updates on Tooling & Test equipment.
- Expertise in Supplier Monitoring and Non-Conformance Resolution.
- Skilled in tracking drawing release and test planning.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate deliverables within the overall project framework.
Supplier Performance Evaluation:
- Proven experience in evaluating Project Engineering team performance.
- Adept at identifying and addressing issues, observations, and recommendations.
- Track record of contributing to program execution and process improvement.
- Ability to assess risks and propose effective mitigating factors.

Salary Range: $100K-$150K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
