Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience with SC authorities, objectives, primary stakeholders, and processes.
  • Willingness to conduct periodic (~4-6 weeks annually) travel to theater locations and CONUS for conferences and program familiarization
  • 2-3 years of experience in Security Cooperation (SC) programs.
  • Must have an active Top-Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple Security Cooperation programs, including Title 10 USC 312, 321, 322, 333, 345, and the Asia-Pacific Regional Initiative (APRI).
  • Engage with foreign partners to synchronize regional efforts and ensure the success of operational activities.
  • Review Annual Proposal and Training & Equipment Lists from subordinate Joint Special Operations Task Forces (JSOTF) submissions.
  • Provide support for Global Force Management (GFM) to ensure timely deployment of SOCOM forces for operational use.
  • Ensure continuity of information between rotational units and headquarters, including forward integration during Relief In Place/Transfer of Authority (RIP/TOA) periods.
  • Coordinate with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) to track annual 333 submissions and Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAIs).
  • Work with component commands for the implementation of 333 OAIs and collaborate with partner units to identify capability gaps aligned with SOCPAC requirements.
  • Consolidate and assess monitor and evaluation reports to guide future campaign planning.
  • Coordinate Title 10 and APRI projects through the Overseas Humanitarian Assistance Shared Information System (OHASIS).
  • Integrate SC resources and plans into the Country Integration Plans and the SOCPAC Campaign Plan.
  • Attend SC planning conferences both domestically and internationally.
