Span provides solutions for homeowners to manage and reduce their energy costs through its main product, the SPAN Panel. This smart electrical panel allows users to monitor and control their energy usage on a circuit-by-circuit basis via the SPAN Home App. The panel integrates with existing home energy systems, including storage systems and electric vehicle (EV) chargers, enabling homeowners to schedule EV charging during off-peak hours and prioritize essential circuits during power outages. Span aims to help homeowners save on energy bills by up to 15% and extend battery life by 40%. Unlike competitors, Span focuses on providing cost-saving solutions without requiring expensive service upgrades, making it particularly beneficial for owners of older homes. The company also supports electricians through its SPAN Authorized Installer program, offering training and resources to help them generate additional revenue.
