We are looking for an experienced and talented Learning Support Assistant, who has experience in Key Stage 2 (ages 8-11). This a varied role which includes delivering personalised Special Educational Needs support to individuals and small groups of children as well as providing high-quality classroom support.
You will need to:
- relish the challenge of supporting learning in an ambitious and diverse school
- work with dynamic, forward-thinking staff with high aspirations for our children
- be a teaching assistant who exemplifies outstanding classroom practice, behaviour, management and high expectations
- be committed to life-long learning and open to excellent CPD opportunities
- have good levels of English and Maths competence - GCSE C or equivalent and a Level 3 Early Years qualification would be preferable.
