  • Experience supporting children in Key Stage 2, ages 8–11.
  • Experience as a teaching assistant demonstrating strong classroom practice, behaviour management, and high expectations.
  • Good levels of English and Maths competence equivalent to GCSE grade C or above.
  • Willingness to complete continuing professional development and further training.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, children's barred list check, health check, online search, and satisfactory references.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised Special Educational Needs support to individual children and small groups.
  • Provide high-quality classroom support.
  • Support learning in an ambitious and diverse primary school.
  • Work with teaching staff to support children and maintain high classroom and behavioural standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification.
