Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of property management experience is required.
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The candidate must have a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning is required.
  • The candidate must be active and able to climb ladders and work in all conditions.
  • The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all assigned PMHFOS property locations, including property management, maintenance, physical sites, township and homeowners' ordinances, and neighborhood integration and concerns.
  • Manage independent maintenance contractors to ensure that property and building maintenance projects are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Perform maintenance repairs in community homes and office locations, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and painting.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and independently and oversee vendors.
  • Communicate with and develop professional relationships with outside vendors.
  • Maintain on-call availability.
  • Encourage cost effectiveness while completing projects to a high-quality standard.
  • Perform snow removal when necessary.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Vice President of Security and Maintenance.
