We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Strategy Operations and Transformation to join our Implementation leadership team.
As a transformation leader, your primary responsibility will be to establish centers of excellence in Process Simplification and Playbook Development, Business Analytics, Forecasting and Capacity Planning / Resource Management, Training, and Vendor Management. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing rollout of new systems and tools, including professional services automation (PSA) and partner scheduling automation, and leading change management initiatives within the Implementation organization.
You’ll Get to:
- Partner with Implementation leadership to identify opportunities to drive transformation through process improvement, automation, implementation of technology, and reimagining operational models.
- Develop and nurture centers of excellence for Process Simplification and Playbook Development, Business Analytics, Forecasting and Capacity Planning / Resource Management, Training, and Vendor Management. Drive efficiency, quality, and innovation through best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in Implementation processes. Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, improve, and enforce Implementation frameworks and processes to support hardware and software implementation projects based on size and complexity and document in playbooks. Monitor compliance with policies and project quality standards.
- Leverage business analytics tools and methodologies to foster a data-driven culture. Analyze operational performance, customer insights, and Implementation metrics for process optimization and informed decision-making.
- Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and resource management processes to optimize revenue and expense forecasting accuracy, team utilization, and unit economics.
- Identify training needs and design a comprehensive program to enhance the role-based and technical skills and knowledge of Implementation team members. Collaborate with trainers to deliver engaging materials and workshops that promote continuous learning and professional development.
- Own the vendor partnership lifecycle from sourcing and price/terms negotiations to onboarding, startup, and continuous improvement to improve installation cost, quality, and capacity.
- Oversee the rollout of new tools and technologies within the Implementation organization. Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating options and implementing seamless integrations.
- Lead change management initiatives during tool rollouts, process changes, and organizational transformations. Communicate changes effectively, manage resistance, and promote user adoption through comprehensive strategies.
- Build and manage a team at the individual contributor and manager level, responsible for career development and performance management. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Implementation leadership, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance. Align Implementation Operations with business objectives, communicate performance and progress, and foster collaborative relationships.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as an Operations and Transformation Manager or in a similar role, preferably in Implementation / Professional Services.
- Strong expertise as a transformational leader developing centers of excellence for Process Simplification and Playbook Development, Business Analytics, Forecasting and Capacity Planning/Resource Management, Training, and Vendor Management.
- Successful track record in overseeing new tool rollouts and managing change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, inspiring and guiding a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Implementation / Professional Services tools and industry best practices.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$143,750.00 - $181,250.00
