Requirements
  • High School Diploma and 2+ years of reception experience in a professional office setting
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiar with facility coordination and procedures as well as front desk operations and visitor management processes
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and make key decisions to maintain office operations
  • Adept at working with all levels of management
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
Responsibilities
  • Be an ambassador for our outstanding workplace culture while directing visitors to their internal contacts, and ensuring all office visitors have required credentials
  • Responsible for all shipping/deliveries, purchasing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and snacks
  • Work with our workforce engagement team to support events and maintain and up-to-date events calendar on the corporate intranet
  • Provide administrative support to site leadership and the corporate facilities department as the need arises
  • Support the employee onboarding experience by assisting with new hire orientation
