- Achieve annual and quarterly goals.
- Act as the initial point of contact to introduce the company’s solutions and value propositions.
- Understand the challenges, needs, and goals of the prospective customer.
- Maintain highly responsive and professional communications with prospects.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead-generation strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads and support the development of tailored sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and pipeline in CRM.
