• Domestic and international V-BAT demonstrations 

Primary role and responsibilities:

• Proposals/contracts review 
• Logistics planning 
• Customer coordination 
• Coordinating personnel for demonstration events  
• Setting up and running team meetings   
• Setting up and maintaining a project risk table   
• Generating and maintaining project schedules  
• Managing subcontractors  
• Generating Demo Plans  
• Managing project budgets  
• Manage and organize customer correspondence  
• Coordinate import/export controls - ITAR & EAR  
• Facilitate fuel procurement  

Required qualifications:

• Project Management experience, including managing schedules, budget, resources, events. 
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet. 
• Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, team management 
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge 
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools 
• Excellent verbal and written ability 
• You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
