- At least 5 to 7 years of enterprise information technology support experience, including at least 3 years supporting C-level executives or VIP stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced troubleshooting proficiency in macOS, iOS, Windows 11, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with enterprise Mobile Device Management platforms such as Intune or Jamf.
- Familiarity with enterprise video-conferencing hardware and room systems such as Crestron, Logitech, and Teams Rooms.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, virtual private networks, and secure remote-access protocols.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work calmly under pressure with high emotional intelligence, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential corporate information in accordance with company compliance and data-privacy standards.
- Provide concierge-level, priority technical support for executive hardware, software, mobile devices, and home-office setups.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android with minimal downtime.
- Manage high-priority incidents using urgency, root-cause analysis, and clear communication tailored to executive preferences.
- Oversee and support boardroom meetings, hybrid conferences, and live webcasts using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and enterprise audiovisual hardware.
- Ensure audio-visual, display, and network connectivity before and during executive presentations and board sessions.
- Coordinate device provisioning, secure configuration, and lifecycle management for executive assets.
- Partner with the Cybersecurity team to enforce security policies, including Mobile Device Management, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint protection.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on executive hardware and communication channels.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support during urgent international travel or critical business events.
Operates high-performing public charter schools across NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens) to provide K–12 education with a strong community focus. Schools are funded mainly by per-student public dollars plus private donations and use rigorous curricula and supportive teaching to boost achievement and college readiness. It differentiates itself with very high graduation rates, strict academic standards, and a community-oriented model backed by both public funding and philanthropy. The goal is to close the NYC achievement gap and prepare students for college and long-term success.

New Jersey Community Capital's loan furthers its mission-driven goals and expands community impact into New York.NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., March 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, New Jersey Community Capital announced it closed on a $1.9 million loan to New York City-based Apex Development Group, LLC. The loan is financing a much-needed athletic field at 54 Woods Place in Brooklyn for Success Academy Charter Schools-NYC. The loan will allow Apex to purchase and lease the field to Success Academy so it can expand its quickly growing soccer programs at two of its K-4 schools located at 15 Snyder Ave. in Flatbush and 72 Veronica Pl. in Crown Heights.
