  • 1-2 years prior experience in a regulatory compliance position in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or related industry, specifically Medicare communication and marketing material review and SNP FIDE plans experience.
  • Hybrid work Model if you live within 25 miles of an office location.
Responsibilities
  • Applies basic knowledge of compliance, business, analytical, and communication skills to support compliance programs and processes that promote compliant and ethical behavior, meet regulatory obligations, and prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance risks.
  • This position will focus on compliance with Medicare Advantage/Prescription Drug Plan communication and marketing guidelines.
  • Specifically, this position will review member and prospective member materials to ensure compliance with CMS, internal legal and state guidelines.
  • This position will submit material to State and CMS regulators and work with them on feedback.
