Requirements
  • Prior experience with HCM and/or ERP technology
  • Preferred 1+ year in a sales closing role with successful history of relationship building, deal negotiations and territory planning
  • Preferred 2+ years inside or outside sales experience, ideally in enterprise software
Responsibilities
  • Source and close Workday net new deals
  • Manage full sales cycles
  • Own revenue number
  • Work successfully with aligned Enterprise Field Account Executive and RSD
  • Constantly fill the pipeline with new deals
  • Deal development & qualification
  • Cold calling and cultivation of existing leads
  • Articulate the Workday value proposition to mid and C-level decision-makers
