Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted resource to the COO, providing insights, recommendations, and support on business strategies, operational improvements, and critical decision-making
  • Lead 1-2 cross-functional projects per quarter under the direction of the COO or Operations VPs
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies for operations-related initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between the Operations team and other departments
  • Track the success and impact of operational improvements
  • Hire, onboard, and oversee a team of contractors to support key medical group and health plan operational initiatives
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and strategic documents for the COO
  • Work closely with Compliance to establish, update, and maintain operational policies and procedures
  • Assist the COO with facilitating meetings, off-sites, events and team retreats
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in healthcare is preferred - bonus points if you have worked in Value Based Care
