Monday, March 16, 2026 People ATLANTA - (March 16, 2026) - Pond & Company ("Pond"), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services, today announced that Jason Castro has joined the firm as an Army Program Manager, further expanding Pond's strategic support to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) clients. Castro brings more than 20 years of experience supporting U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), DoD and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) programs across the Southeast, nationwide and internationally. He offers deep expertise in Army installation management, Directorate of Public Works (DPW) operations, and federal infrastructure program delivery. In his role at Pond, Castro will lead client engagement and program execution efforts to support Army installations and Departments of Public Works. His work will include aligning infrastructure planning, design and execution, and environmental capabilities with mission requirements.
