Requirements
  • Previous millwork experience, including field measurements and shop drawings, is preferred.
  • A good driving record, compliance with company driver criteria and insurability requirements, and the ability to visit customers in Colorado Springs, Denver, surrounding areas, and nationwide when needed are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Knowledge of Architectural Woodwork Institute quality standards, Bluebeam PDF software, raw materials, and fabrication methods is required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision is required.
  • Ability to maintain an organized work area and comply with safety regulations is required.
  • Ability to receive feedback and remain coachable is required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl is required; occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques is required.
  • Immunizations and testing are required for the position.
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with general contractors and other trades to provide precise and timely field and project schedule information.
  • Check job-site conditions regularly.
  • Learn the job scope and requirements by attending initial handoffs and other required meetings.
  • Determine whether a site is ready to accept products, identify the best delivery access, and inform the project coordination team when special delivery equipment is needed.
  • Make on-site project-related decisions and coordinate issue resolutions.
  • Attend field project meetings and communicate project progress with general contractors.
  • Produce field reports with pictures documenting progress, readiness for field dimensioning, delivery and installation, area changes, and special conditions.
  • Perform assigned field dimension tasks and place the results in the electronic folder in a timely manner.
  • Keep the INNERGY enterprise resource planning system updated with project tasks, deliverables, changes, requests, and updates.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and orderly work area.
  • Coordinate with Installation, Engineering, and Production to drive quality, on-time delivery, and safety across projects for the Project Management team.
