Veho provides last-mile delivery and returns services for e-commerce brands by matching shipments with a crowdsourced network of independent driver-partners. Brands send packages to Veho's warehouses, where an AI-powered system sorts them into optimized routes. Driver-partners use their own vehicles to complete deliveries, with pay and routing managed through the Veho mobile app. Recipients receive real-time updates and can communicate with drivers or adjust delivery instructions, boosting transparency and control. Veho uses dynamic route-building that adapts to real-time data such as weather or volume surges, enabling highly on-time service (reported 99.9% on-time delivery) and scalable operations. Revenue comes from retailers outsourcing their final-mile and returns logistics. The company aims to make last-mile delivery more flexible, transparent, and reliable for e-commerce brands.

Veho has announced a new integration with Shopify that enables real-time delivery tracking directly within the Shopify platform. The integration, which makes Veho a recognised Shopify Tracking Partner, automatically feeds tracking events into Shopify as packages move through each delivery stage. Previously, merchants had to track shipments separately, and customers were directed to standalone tracking links outside the Shopify storefront. The new system allows merchants to view complete order information in one place whilst shoppers receive delivery updates without leaving the Shop app. Veho, which serves brands including Macy's, Sephora, and Lululemon, reports a 99% on-time delivery rate and a 4.9 out of 5 customer satisfaction score. The company was named to Fast Company's list of the World's Most Innovative Companies in 2026.
How merchants are exploiting e-commerce Tech and strategies. As e-commerce expands, issues pile up for both online merchants and their customers. One such problem concerns shipment tracking, a necessary function when packages go awry. That issue creates opportunity. Early Wednesday, Veho Tech Inc. announced an integration with the e-commerce giant Shopify that offers real-time delivery tracking data directly through Shopify's platform. The service requires no process changes for merchants, the parties say, as delivery data flows through systems they have already installed. Customers can access delivery information in Shop, a Shopify mobile shopping app that offers order tracking and access to Shop Pay, Shopify's one-click checkout. The technology can also help merchants calm anxious customers, particularly with respect to high-ticket items. "By bringing Veho tracking directly into Shopify, we're making it easier for merchants to deliver visibility and confidence to customers," says Hank Emerson, vice president of business development for New York City-based Veho, in a statement. Besides Shopify, Veho's clients include Macy's, Sephora, and Lululemon. The company was founded in 2016. The new service comes as online merchants seek ways to track orders and satisfy customers. Veho says its tracking data are automatically fed to Shopify as packages move from stage to stage, including final delivery. Meanwhile, the process requires no change to the routines merchants use to create labels and manage shipments, Veho says. Shopify reported $378 billion in gross merchandise volume in 2025, with volume for 2026's second quarter alone amounting to $116 billion. In related e-commerce news, National Retail Solutions Inc., a point-of-sale provider specializing in independent retailers, unveiled a direct link to the Uber Eats marketplace in the U.S. and Canadian markets, allowing NRS client merchants to reach potential customers through product delivery. Using NRS's integration with Uber Eats, NRS client merchants can list their products on Uber Eats and make real-time changes, NRS says. "Independent retailers have long been underserved by the digital-commerce revolution," says Hashim Amin, head of grocery and retail at Uber for North America, in a statement. "Through our partnership with NRS, the leading POS network serving small-format independent retailers, we're making it easier for tens of thousands of merchants to offer delivery and reach customers."
