Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Project Management (25%): Manage cross-functional growth projects across the organization, partnering with ProdTech, GTM, Marketing, Delivery, Launch Ops, CS, Global Admissions and other teams while ensuring we are aligning and sharing learnings with our UK counterparts
  • Data Integrity, Visibility, and Utility (25%): Support team to effectively leverage self-service data; provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Ensure consistent visibility into what data we have, and what data we need
  • Strategic Communications (20%): Own team stakeholder communications calendar and partner with Admissions leadership to ensure we are meeting all deadlines. Develop and support teammates in creating key communications (summarizing data, defining core narratives, designing supporting emails and/or deck(s)), including but not limited to weekly (deal health report), monthly (e.g., Global Admissions all hands, US team update), quarterly (e.g. QBRs), annual and ad hoc updates
  • Process Improvement (15%): Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems, and process frameworks across both the US and UK markets; define, launch, and manage strategic and analytical initiatives to improve internal and external-facing processes and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership; aggregate feedback from team to keep playbook updated
  • OKR Monitoring (5%): Manage the OKR scoping, monitoring and updating process, in partnership with Admissions leadership
  • Discovery (5%): Systematically share competitor intel and recommended opportunities/actions. Serve as the first line of defense for vendor inbounds, product demos, initial partnership conversations and project explorations
  • Just-in-Time-Support (5%): Provide just-in-time leverage across the team, as needed
