Requirements
  • You have been in technical sales before in similar roles (Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or even SaaS Account Executive)
  • Previous experience working in a Pre-Sales, Engagement Management, LMS implementation consultant, or technical consulting
  • Fluent English is a MUST
  • Other European languages are a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time within EMEA
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Understanding of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP or HRIS
  • Have a strong ability to share your technical knowledge while maintaining an upbeat pace and a problem-solving mindset
  • Knowledge of the LMS industry and its surrounding standards will be plus (SCORM, xAPI)
Responsibilities
  • Roll-up your sleeves, and become a trusted advisor to all levels within the prospective customer organization from CEOs, to Developers, to Learning & Development Directors
  • Tag team with Sales, and operate with outstanding synchronization to guide projects and close business
  • Be a responsive and creative member of cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer success) and provide value internally to your sales team as well as to your assigned prospects
  • Be process driven, come to deeply understand the learning industry, and be able to explain the product in the context of real usage in a real project
  • Understand and master our product; become a pro at describing our product to prospects, telling stories to help tie functionality to their business’ needs, and respond quickly and accurately to questions they have surrounding our technology
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers
  • Plan and configure our products to meet presentation needs, as well as deliver on product demonstrations that walk through our prospect’s user-stories and workflows
