  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the Office: Oversee day-to-day office and community lounge, answering calls, ordering and restocking supplies, greeting caregivers, and tending to their concerns.
  • Establish and Improve Processes: Develop and refine processes and systems, create SOPs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with RN Lead: Work with the clinical team lead to run training labs, including attending certain weekend training dates, in accordance with state requirements.
  • Use Technology: Use Technology to manage caregiver schedules, maintain records, and loop in the care team as necessary.
  • Host Events: Organize and host community programming and collaborate with local support service providers.
  • Social Media: Engage in local social media content and build community through sharing knowledge.
