Salary Range: 25 to 30 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

As baby boomers age into retirement and increase demand for home care services, quality care becomes harder for families to find and afford. Now more than ever, families are compelled to provide increasingly complex care in the home as a safer, more affordable option for long-term care.

At Aidaly, we’re on a mission to reimagine in-home care for our most vulnerable populations. Our unique model puts family caregivers at the center of care delivery through training and employment. With a combination of technology & human support, Aidaly’s platform empowers families to keep their loved ones living in their homes and communities longer while filling a critical homecare workforce need.

What You’ll Do

Manage the Office: Oversee day-to-day office and community lounge, answering calls, ordering and restocking supplies, greeting caregivers, and tending to their concerns.
Establish and Improve Processes: Develop and refine processes and systems, create SOPs and best practices.
Collaborate with RN Lead: Work with the clinical team lead to run training labs, including attending certain weekend training dates, in accordance with state requirements.
Use Technology: Use Technology to manage caregiver schedules, maintain records, and loop in the care team as necessary.
Host Events: Organize and host community programming and collaborate with local support service providers.
Social Media: Engage in local social media content and build community through sharing knowledge.
