Requirements
  • Manage a client portfolio of ~70-100+ companies currently located at CIC, providing senior level oversight to assist our clients in getting the most out of their experience at CIC
  • Work in partnership with other teams, to act as a resource in helping clients find solutions to complex situations that may arise within our workspace
  • Build relationships with current clients with the end goal of helping them grow within CIC's space
  • Work with the sales team to continue developing 11 star service ideas for client support, and overall business development and expansion. For example, working with the events team to put together sector specific events for clients. We hope to find someone with the capacity to lead efforts like these and others
  • Proactively engage in outbound events, attending 3-4 per month, to generate qualified leads
  • Using a nuanced approach to sales and relationship management, work with prospective clients to determine if CIC is the right place for them to start or grow their businesses
  • Contributing to the RM team's strategic discussions of pricing and positioning of our flexible office offering. Bring a critical eye to continue to evolve our product to meet changing needs of our market
  • Work with the sales team to create and implement specific new initiatives around lead generation and closing deals. For example, if you have marketing experience, there may be opportunities to work on our website, support our online social media efforts, or reach out to the local community. We hope to find someone with the capacity to lead efforts like these and others
  • Lead tours for prospective clients and informational groups, such as students or visiting delegations
  • Support the Director of Client Development and Partnerships in the management of high level partnerships, both internal and external
  • Coordinate all prospective lab client pipeline activity with the Lab Client lead, building cross-team collaboration

  • Experience with life science companies or in a wet lab environment are both strong pluses!
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • At least four to five years of professional experience, with at least two years in a client-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Science background or experience working with labs is also a plus
  • A natural interest for helping/supporting others

  • Starting compensation is $79,246

Desired Qualifications
  • Conversational fluency in foreign languages is a plus
