  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in network engineering, security engineering, or similar environments
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS architecture and engineering
  • Experience troubleshooting networking protocols
  • Experience with different network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, VPNs, ZTAN, AWS VPC, Firewalls, Routing, and Tracing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Deploy cloud infrastructure networking and services following state-of-the-art architecture patterns using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Provide design, implementation, and maintenance of the Kalshi Cloud Network
  • Maintain and improve our under-second latency network
  • Debug and trace different network issues and assist our application team to ensure a fast delivery fix
  • Support the infrastructure team
