- Troubleshoot issues by accessing Virtual Machines and validating bot actions
- Integrate Bots with Databases and APIs for seamless data exchange and system connectivity
- Monitor and maintain Bot Execution to ensure reliability and quick issue resolution when needed
- Deploy and Support Robotic Process Automation workflows across environments with coordination from DevOps and IT teams
- Document Technical Workflows including process maps, configuration details, and support guides
