Responsibilities
  • Own a small portfolio of Tier 1 and selected Tier 2 enterprise accounts in the energy and oil ecosystem
  • Develop long-term account strategies and expansion plans across regions, brands, and business units
  • Build and orchestrate buying centres with multiple senior stakeholders (commercial, supply chain, logistics, IT)
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: from opportunity mapping and value design to negotiation, close, and expansion
  • Build and defend clear ROI and productivity cases on C-level, including vendor-managed inventory and business transformation initiatives
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and technical teams to ensure smooth roll-outs and measurable outcomes
  • Create internal champions and executive sponsors inside each account and grow FoxInsights into a strategic platform partner
  • Contribute to FoxInsights’ GTM strategy by sharing market insight from the front line
Desired Qualifications
  • German language is a strong plus
  • Experience in vendor managed inventory (VMI / eVMI), supply chain or logistics optimisation
  • Business transformation or digitalisation programmes at energy / oil & gas or industrial companies
  • Strategy / operations consulting with a focus on energy, industrials or logistics
  • Enterprise solutions for asset-heavy industries (e.g. energy, fuels, chemicals, logistics)
  • Challenger mindset: you teach, reframe, and lead through change – you are a trusted advisor, not a feature pitcher

Banyan Software acquires res:harmonics to expand European property management platform

Banyan Software has acquired res:harmonics, a European property management system, integrating it into Software Answers, which Banyan acquired in 2024. Res:harmonics serves long-stay accommodation operators across serviced apartments, corporate housing, coliving and build-to-rent sectors throughout Europe. The platform will join Software Answers' flagship product Oscar, which provides centralised property management and financial reporting for corporate housing and serviced apartments. Res:harmonics founder Giles Horwitch-Smith will become managing director for Europe at Software Answers. The acquisition follows Software Answers' purchase of CodeOne, another property management system for long-stay operators, in late 2025. The combination aims to create a leading software platform for the European long-stay accommodation market.

The Chapel Hill-based company, founded in 2020, achieved 614% three-year revenue growth and ranked second in the Durham–Chapel Hill region on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list. Launch Labs specialises in identity resolution, audience activation and marketing attribution for digital marketing agencies, media companies and automotive enterprises. The company will continue operating independently under its existing leadership team led by founder and CEO Garrett Roach. Banyan Software, founded in 2016, follows a buy-and-hold-for-life philosophy, acquiring mission-critical software businesses with dominant positions in niche verticals. Banyan Software, a North American investment and holding company, has acquired Presight Solutions, a Norwegian SaaS company providing risk and safety management software for high-risk industries. The transaction marks Banyan's entry into the Norwegian market. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Sandnes near Stavanger, Presight delivers cloud-based solutions for operational integrity and regulatory compliance, primarily serving the energy, oil and gas sectors. Its clients include Equinor, Stena Drilling, Vår Energi and Akofs. The acquisition represents a new chapter for Presight, which has grown from addressing operational challenges to offering specialised platforms integrated into clients' daily operations.
