We are looking for a talent brand program manager to help us optimize the way we attract and engage talent across all of our hiring channels, especially public channels that drive traffic to our Careers page.  You will partner across every facet of the Talent team in order to understand where our best hires are coming from and how our hiring channels operate today, and then create a strategy to get even more top talent to join the company.  If you thrive through building, experimentation, data-driven decision making, and optimization, this is the role for you! 

What You’ll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties): 

• Explore and experiment with new and unconventional sources of onchain talent to strengthen the candidate pool.
• Enhance and execute Coinbase’s talent networking and mapping strategy, building a robust network of potential candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent.
• Manage a referral program to leverage existing employees’ networks, ensuring a steady flow of referred candidates.
• Oversee and expand a gamified talent attraction program to incentivize external talent to participate in Coinbase’s hiring process.
• Formulate and execute a strategic plan for job postings across various platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and reach.
• Participate in candidate research and insight-gathering activities to inform recruitment strategies and enhance candidate engagement.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide metrics analysis support to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and link initiatives to measurable results.
• Ensure all candidate interactions are consistent, accessible, understandable, actionable, and engaging across all touchpoints.

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements):

• 5+ years of experience in program management or community building.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional achievements in talent acquisition and network building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Good quantitative and deductive skills, with the ability to support data-driven decisions.

Nice to haves:

• Active member and contributor to the web3 community with onchain experience.
• Proven experience with HR technology platforms and tools.
• Fluency using common recruiting systems such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc. to pull data and derive insights.
