Responsibilities
  • Project managing and executing high impact programs
  • Scheduling classes, events, and meetings for internal programs
  • Creating and following up on feedback surveys for each week’s programs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on program strategy, planning, and execution
  • Scheduling planning meetings for upcoming programs and events
  • Soliciting full-time employees to help with our various programs
  • Communicating relevant program information to participants and program content creators
  • Keeping relevant program calendars, documentation, and infrastructure up to date
