Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Travel to designated deployment sites to install, configure, and commission ASVs according to project requirements

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ASV hardware, software, and communication systems during deployment and operation
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users, including military personnel and other stakeholders, on the operation and maintenance of ASV systems
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including deployment reports, troubleshooting guides, and best practices, to facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, field operations, and project management, to address technical challenges and drive product enhancements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
