  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience deploying and maintaining autonomous systems, preferably in maritime or defense sectors
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java
  • Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT)
  • Familiarity with sensor technologies commonly used in autonomous navigation (e.g., LiDAR, radar, GPS)
  • Willingness to travel extensively to domestic deployment sites (up to 50% travel may be required)
Responsibilities
  • Travel to designated deployment sites to install, configure, and commission ASVs according to project requirements
  • Conduct extensive testing and optimization of ASV systems in real-world conditions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ASV hardware, software, and communication systems during deployment and operation
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users, including military personnel and other stakeholders, on the operation and maintenance of ASV systems
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including deployment reports, troubleshooting guides, and best practices, to facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, field operations, and project management, to address technical challenges and drive product enhancements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
